Our core specialty. Factory diagnostic access for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen, Porsche, Land Rover, Volvo, MINI, and Jaguar. The depth of knowledge and tooling that these platforms actually require.
Tesla, Rivian, and other EVs don't belong exclusively at the dealer. We're equipped for EV diagnostics and maintenance — so Moscow and Pullman EV owners don't have to make the Spokane drive for routine work.
Japanese reliability is real — but it's earned through correct maintenance, not in spite of it. We service Toyota, Honda, Subaru, Lexus, and the rest with Idemitsu fluids matched to factory spec, diagnosis before parts, and the same standards as everything else in the shop.
Plenty of shops treat domestic vehicles as simple work. We don't. Ford, GM, and Stellantis platforms get the same diagnostic-first approach and quality parts — including knowing where factory designs fall short, like the redesigned oil cooler we stock for the Jeep 3.6 Pentastar.
Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis are engineered well beyond their price points, and they're serviced here accordingly. Correct-spec fluids, OEM-grade parts, proper diagnosis. We take the same care with a $25,000 Hyundai as we do a $300,000 Porsche.
