How It Works

What happens
after you book.

Booking a slot reserves the time. It does not commit you to any work, and nothing gets done to your car before we have spoken to you about it.

Tell us the symptom
The notes field matters more than anything else on the form. "Rattles on cold start for a couple of seconds" or "sitting low on the right rear in the morning" tells us what to plan for, and often tells us which platform tooling the job will need before you arrive.
We confirm
We will come back to confirm the time and tell you roughly how long we need the car. If what you have described sounds like something we should look at sooner, we will say so rather than leaving you sitting on a booking two weeks out.
Diagnosis before quoting
Where a fault needs investigation, that is a Level 1 Testing session — two dedicated hours at $285 flat, ending in a confirmed root cause rather than a guess. We quote the repair after that, not before, and we do not start work you have not approved.
Buying a car instead?
A pre-purchase inspection is $250 flat. Book it the same way, and put the seller's details in the notes so we can coordinate getting the car here.

Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed weekends. Online booking is open around the clock — you can reserve a slot at midnight if that is when you remembered.
Where we are
521 N Main St, Moscow, ID 83843. Full directions from Pullman, the Lewiston valley and Colfax are on the contact page, along with a map.
Dropping off early or late
Common for customers driving in from Pullman, Lewiston or Colfax. Call or text ahead and we will arrange it. It is not a problem and there is no charge for it.
If the form will not load
The booking form is a third-party widget, and an aggressive ad blocker or privacy extension will occasionally stop it opening. If nothing happens when you press the button, call or text and we will book you in directly.
