Written directions,
from either direction.

Most of our customers arrive from one of two directions. Both routes are straightforward and neither needs a map once you have done it once.

From Pullman and WSU
Take WA-270 east out of Pullman — it becomes ID-8 at the state line — and stay on it into Moscow, where it runs in as West Pullman Road and then Sixth Street. Turn north onto North Main Street. We are on the right, a short distance up, at 521 N Main. About nine miles and eight to ten minutes from campus, and the whole drive is one road plus one turn.
From Lewiston and Clarkston
Take US-95 north out of the valley and up the Lewiston Hill — the long grade that climbs roughly two thousand feet onto the Palouse. Stay on US-95 north for about thirty-two miles into Moscow, where it becomes South Main Street. Continue straight through town on Main. We are at 521 N Main on the right, just past the downtown blocks. Roughly thirty-five minutes.
From Colfax and the north
US-195 south to Pullman, then WA-270 east into Moscow and north on Main Street. About twenty-five miles, half an hour. If you are coming from Spokane you will be on US-195 the whole way to Pullman.
Parking and drop-off
Park in front. If you are dropping off before we open or picking up after we close, call or text ahead and we will make arrangements — it is a common request from customers driving in from out of town and it is not a problem.

We are a small shop with a two-person front desk. That means every message actually gets to a person, and it means we would rather you used a channel we monitor than one we do not.

Text the same number. This is often the fastest way to reach us, and it is genuinely useful for sending a photo of a warning light, a leak, or a part someone else quoted you.
Book online
Our booking page takes appointments directly, at any hour. Tell us the symptom in the notes and we will plan the visit around it rather than starting from scratch when you arrive.
In person
Come by during opening hours. If you want to talk something through before committing to any work, that is a perfectly good reason to stop in, and it costs nothing.
